I’ve been working for my own small business for years thus there’s no supervisor other than myself.
I do my own books, financing, etc for over 20 years. Done real estate valuation for over 20 years and wonder if valuation can count as experience at all.

1. Do anyone know which state would accept non-supervisor to sign off my experience? I have CPA friend who knows me for years.
2. I see there’s NASBA experience verification service. Are they legit? Anyone use them successfully?
