Hi,

Does anyone know if I can work Becker MCQs offline and then upload my progress? I can’t seem to find an answer on the Becker FAQ page (that doesn’t refer to the DVDs). I only have access online and since I’ll be camping this weekend I didn’t want to miss out on some MCQ sessions.

You can download the sections to your computer by going to the “Options” tab (right beside the “My To-Do” tab on the left hand side of the screen where it lists out the courses and the sections. Then go to “Download Manager” and each section will come up. Note that there is one dowload for each section's video and one for each section's homework.

As for uploading the info, you will need to get your computer to “sync” for this to happen. That part never worked for me so I had to screen shot proof of completion and email it at the end of ever Becker course (note: and the end of each COURSE, NOT at the end of each CLASS). My syncing issue was a technical problem though (based on the many hours I spent on the phohe with the IT people), and most computers sync just fine. Obviously you would want to be sure that your system is marrying up to their system (or make alternate arrangements, like the screen shot thing) before you do a bunch of work.
