So property is tested on REG, but Becker fails to mention it…

    Going through Wiley MCQs and I see deeds and mortgages and titles and leases and easements and blah, blah, blah. Good thing I got Wiley cause Becker has let me down…(one of the few times actualy)

    Oh, great. You're right, I'm already through with the Reg portion of the Becker class at my university and that stuff is not on there. Guess I'll have to get it somewhere else. Thanks for the heads-up!

    Yeah, sucks that Becker (being so expensive) didn't mention it at all. I was disappointed and didn't have enough time to go over it in Wiley:(

    Those stuff are in the Becker book but it is ancillary material.

    I took REG recently, and I can guarantee you that if you know everything else, you will pass the test.
