I have 2 weeks left for my first FAR exam and I am actually panicking right now.
I have been studying for this thing for about 3 months and I finally start to understand little bits of it here and there.
Without any accounting background (recently started working in this field & my undergrad major was something else), I think it’s taking me waaaaaaaay longer than others.
I’ve been away from MCQs for about 3 weeks since I came to the point that I really had to study the book to understand the content and solving problems don’t do any good for me if I don’t have enough knowledge on each contents. So here I am after going thru the Becker text book once (studying it this time I thought), I am still back in square 1. Still scoring 50ish. What to do now?
Am I not cut out for Accounting? I never felt this stupid. So sad and I am about to fall apart.
This week I am planning on going over those MCQs as much as I can. Then to review & study Sims the following week right before my exam, and of course take 2 final exams by Becker. Do I have a chance, you think? I have doubts lots of doubts now.
