Reworking Becker homework questions

I’m taking FAR in a week and I seem to be running out of time to rework all the homework like Becker suggests. How imperative do y’all think it is to rework all those questions?? I plan on taking the 2 practice exam and then just hitting the progress tests pretty hard after I finish up my review. Thanks for the advice in advance!!

FAR: 7/1/14 (waiting for my score is torture!!)
    AUD: 7/27/14
    BEC: 8/30/14
    REG: TBD

When I retook BEC, I had little time to study. I re-worked half of all the questions in each topic and felt like it helped, while not taking so much time. I think it's a good idea to touch on some of the topics individually before you dive into progress tests….Or, at least that worked for me.

I can't say for FAR in particular…it was my first exam and 9 months ago feels like a lifetime in CPA Exam world.

Here's to hoping my theory proves well again for my AUD retake in nearly a week.

    Good luck!

    FAR 77
    REG 82
    BEC 73, 83
    AUD 59???, 87! DONE!

I would take the progress tests as many times as you can before your test. That seemed to work for me when I was running out of time in other sections.

only spend time on the areas that you have a tough time with. Don't spend too time on your areas of strength.

I never reworked my questions. I just made sure to do both practice exams and then as many progress tests as I could manage. But I usually would do 30 questions in each one so it felt like a real testlet. Hope this helps!

    BEC - 87!
    FAR - 83!
    AUD - 80!
    REG - 76!

I did progress tests for FAR and re-worked all the questions for AUD. Doing MCQs is insanely important but you'll be fine as long as you keep working through them up to your exam. Keep the concepts fresh somehow.

    FAR: May 1st, 2014 - 91
    AUD: May 29th, 2014 - 97!
    BEC: July 16th, 2014 - 91
    REG: August 29th, 2014 - 88

I preferred to re-work the MCQs (especially the ones I was confused about) than to work progress tests.

The progress tests just gave you the same MCQs from the chapters but it gives you less flexibility on what you want to focus on.

I solo Becker and don't rework MCQs.

I do the two practice exams and progress tests (same number of MCQs as a testlet, so 30 for FAR)
