I lost my credit for regulation and plan on taking it in Feb 2015 but I only have my old Becker material from 2012. Can anyone advise if this material is too outdated that it will not be enough to pass the exam?

I used 2012 Becker materials for all sections except for AUD and I didn't run into any issues but I don't know what changes are coming in 2015.

You don't want to use pre-2014 materials for AUD. Period, end of story.

Does that mean it has to be 2015? No…but don't use pre-2014.

I used 2011 material and passed REG in Q4 2014.

Ninja notes will be a very good supplementary material for you to figure out the changes in tax/business laws.

the other part is stock option, which i believe was NOT covered in 2011 Becker material but not sure about 2012.
