Exam is on Friday. I’ve done pretty much all of the NINJA MCQs one round over the past 2 weeks, and have been working on random questions on a second round for 2 days now. So far I have finished about 500 of them on the second round, scoring an average of 81%. A short analysis of my failing 18%:
– 3 ppt = simple mistakes, avoidable on actual exam day (hopefully)
– 5 ppt = questions that are either odd or impossible for me to pick up in this short time frame = dead end
– 11 ppt = stuff I should know by now but failed on due to lack of knowledge
I felt pretty good about this since 81+3=84%, which is an OK score at this point (taking into account that some questions are “memorized” at this point, so deducting 5 ppt or so from this I suppose is fair to give an actual indication). Then I did the Becker practice exam today and scored 72%, which made me wonder;
Are the Becker MCQs that “different” and more “difficult”, as compared with the NINJA test bank? Are they more relevant for the actual exam?
If anyone who has used both Becker and NINJA for purposes of REG MCQs could share some views on this, it would be greatly appreciated. I still got 2 full days before exam, so I am thinking that I should perhaps ditch NINJA at this point and run 200 Becker MCQs a day or so.
