Re-watching BECKER lectures effective? Or should I stick to focusing on e-book?

I just have an Becker electronic version of the book (its highlighted for u etc.. so its actually nice) with the supplementary questions…but am I missing out on not re-watching Lectures???

One thing I always question is how effective the lectures are to re-watch it. Reason I ask is I am studying for REGS and I have watched these lectures I would say a year+ ago? I know it has been a while, but is reading the book (i mean really studying it of course, not just glancing) a good enough tool or am i “missing out”.

I plan to religiously study the e-book version of REGS (its an electronic highlighted version with the CDs) since i am just borrowing materials…I also just realize I dont have all the lecture CDs for other parts except for R1, no R2-R7 arghhh…and im really short on money to buy 1500++ dollars worth of lecture CDs….

    Kindly lend your thoughts

I used Becker too, but not the e-book, I have the actual books. I think studying from the e-book would be fine, I am not a big fan of reading so I like the lectures, but the lectures are from the book so… as long as you read the book you should be fine. And I would say if you don't understand the materials, then go back and watch the lecture on that topic.

For my second time taking audit, I didn't re-watch the lectures, I went straight to MCQs and if I didn't understand the question or reading from the book, then I went back to the lectures. I also went back to the lectures when scoring really low on MCQs like below 80%, but I don't think re-watching the lectures is a must, at least not to me 🙂

    Good Luck!!
