[Determined CPA]

I purchased the Becker final review and am not sure which is the best day to go through the review. I know it will take an entire day so I wanted to know what others have done and found useful.

Becker says take it as close to exam day as possible. My test is Wednesday (11-20) but I really want to spend Tuesday doing MCQ’s. Anyone ever do the final review a few days before the test and continue studying after?

I would say start using it now. There are 6 sections and some sections are split into at least 2 parts, (A3-A6). Some parts have up to 45 minute lectures and they all have multiple choice questions. A6 is actually 3 parts but only the governmental section has video lecture. I started using it for FAR 8 days before my test and I think I passed because of this material. I didn't buy Ninja for FAR because I didn't know about it yet.

For REG I started using it with 25 days to go but I wasn't it using it the way it was intended to be used but I'm happy with my result.

I started using it for Audit with 3 weeks to go and we will see how that turns out. I really didn't feel like the MC was too difficult and was scoring above 80 on the progress tests with 2 weeks to go until test day. Sims always get me though and I'm not sure if I'm just getting unlucky with my Sims in that there is nothing useful for the Non-Research Sims in AL or if other people get really lucky with Sims and there is something useful in AL.

Thank you so much, that is very helpful! I'm feeling similar to you – scoring 80s on the progress tests and hating the sims. Audit is so much material that I've been wanting to start the final review to see if it helps with the missing concepts I cant seem to get.
