Guy’s sorry for the disturbance , I’m new here and excuse me for my bad English , i want to ask you if you can still study on the 2014 Financial Becker material and multiple questions ? or i need to buy the new 2016 material since its hard for me now to buy a new material For FAR section ? thank you in advance

I believe there were some 2016 1st quarter exam changes to FAR. My take has always been to stay up to date on materials. I rather get the most up to date versus studying with old materials and have to retake the exam (waste money on exam fees). Ninja products have free updates. Also I think Becker might have a previous student discount if you bought it before. You might want to call them to ask.

^The updates are

1. Inventory is now Lower of Cost or NRV (like IFRS)
2. They are no more extraordinary items in the income statement

They are also two very minor changes that I wouldnt worry about. You'll get maybe 1 question between the two.

If you can remember that then you can continue using a 2014 FAR book
