So yesterday my computer’s graphics card went and my computer is no longer useable. I used the course disc to install the software the first time, then over the year I’ve been studying I had two viruses that forced me to completely wipe my my computer and reinstall the software.

I now have no more installs left and a broken computer. My test is in four weeks and my new computer doesn’t come for a week. Has anyone has any experience with something like this? I am going to call Becker in the morning to see if i can get one more install for just a few months.

Becker’s policy states you can only install it on three computers, however, all the installs were on one computer so I hope they can try to work with me a little because I’m certainly not trying to slight becker.

Just call them when you can, it happened to me when I bought my iMac, they just unlocked it and I was good to go
