Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it?

When I type in my credentials it says the system just can’t log on. I know these are correct credentials because when I go to Becker everything works fine. HELP!

I’m about to be on a 10 hour car ride and need to be able to access the materials from my iPad offline!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. I just updated mine and everything seems to be working fine. Could be a faulty install

Their customer service really is helpful…as it should be for $3000+ dollars for the course.

When I updated my iPad to iOS 8 it was giving me problems with the license and Becker fixed it immediately.
