Becker Question –

So, I took advice from people on the thread and purchased AUD Flash cards, wiley book, and wiley test bank.. I am curious of how people have used this combo successfully. Any advice or sharing of experience would be appreciated. This will be my third go around with AUD.

I would finish all Becker first( Lectures,do all multiple choices) then do many mulitple choices as you can from Wiley.

I like to dominate one review course first before moving on. I also used Becker + Wiley. I only passed my three exams because of Wiley. What I would suggest is to master Becker first. Watch all Becker videos, do all MCQs (twice!! every single one). Then once you feel comfortable with Becker–move on to Wiley and work all of Wiley's questions. I've tried just jumping back and forth between the two and it has bitten me in the butt… Which is why I like to master one, then move on to another review. Good luck!

@hawkmante, definitely no need to upgrade to 2012 becker, especially if you have you have 2012 wiley materials..

I only used wiley book as refernce,and also combined with becker.Becker is more organized than wiley….and i also printed out the three report from the wiley book as well as the audit procedure & theory from the wiley book….Then i used becker final review as my mcq practice ,and used wiley online testbank mcq as well. If you want to familiar with the sim, you also need to practice the sim in wiley test bank…they are good

I took about 17 100 test and made between 90-98, I passed both of the Becker Practice test, and knew all the mnemonics, and my personal flash cards thoroughly. In comparison to the tests that I recently took and passed I was on track to pass at a better rate than my previous exams. I just got my score card back. I compared it to my prev 70. I was stronger in 2 categories, comparable in 4, weaker in 1 and weaker in the simulations.. In my 70 I was not stronger in any categories, Comparable in 4 and weaker in the rest.. So, I am not sure what happened except I really, really, really bombed my simulations.

I used only Wiley. I would read the focus notes first, then do the book MCQs and write down all mistakes.

Then I'd move on to the test bank and do the same. Repeat for every chapter.
