Has anyone called Becker recently? No one answered

    Becker Question –

    I redeemed textbooks online but haven’t received confirmation emails. I called 2 times today. Neither of the calls went through. I chose to speak with a customer service agent and the automatic voice says my wait time is around 20 minutes. I waited, but after 20 minutes, it went straight to someone’s voicemail. What?? I remember before I only need to wait for 5 minutes to speak with someone. What happened.

    thats nice….pay $4,000 and cannot reach a human being. Even the credit card companies have a person to help you within 60 secs max
