I took my first full practice test this weekend, I averaged about a 40% correct on all three MC testlets. I studied hard all weekend, took another 30 question comprehensive exam last night and bombed it with a 32%.

My question is for those who passed. What were you scoring on your Becker questions and final exams. Where to I need to be in order to get a 75% or higher on the actual exm? Said differently, how should i consistently be scoring on the becker practice material in order to atleast get a 75 on the real exam. Did anyone score in the 40% range on the becker exams and then magically pass on exam day?

If I were you I would go through all the explanations for the MCQs you got wrong. Also just check to see what kinds of questions you are getting wrong and practice those over and over. There is only SO much variation in the questions you are going to get per topic.

I was getting 70s and 80s on my practice tests for FAR.

    REG - 5/21/2012 - 85
    FAR - 7/24/2012 - 86
    BEC - 8/27/2012 - 85
    AUD - 10/5/2012 - 72....rematch 1/3/13 (waiting)

I didn't come close to passing a single Becker Final exam for any of the 4 parts but ended up passing the real thing each time. I wouldn't worry too much about your score and keep focusing your energy on mastering the MCQs. I essentially used the Becker Final Exams as just another set of MCQs

nimmle02- yeah… i basically did that this whole weekend. It just feels like i understand a question when i get it wrong, then a similar question is asked a different way and its like ive never seen the material before and i get it wrong.

yeah it's really annoying. That's why you should just do as many MCQs as possible. Eventually they have to run out of different ways to word things. Just get yourself used to seeing how they word questions and it will all look familiar.
