    Hello Friends,

Studying for FAR section and I want to know that how much importance one should give F-10 of Becker review. If I am not wrong they have included this in 2013 and i guess that is all that ancillary material earlier used to be in a book here and there in between F1 to F9 and now its totally an added chapter?

I understand that I have to study that as well in order to increase my percentage of passing…But how much important is this added chapter?

Waiting for your responses and advises in this area…

    Thanks a bunch…Happy studying πŸ™‚

To be honest, i didn't have time to even look at F10. I just tried to understand the other materials F1-9 and hoped that it would outweigh F10, which in my case it did. I think sometimes if you don't have much time you have to pick and choose your battle, since they can't test on every single material that's covered in the review course. I would say just if you have time try to grasp the concepts.

    Becker, Ninja Audio + Notes

    FAR: 80 (Aug 2013)
    AUD: 91 (Nov 2013)
    BEC: 79 (Feb 2014)
    REG: 80 (May 2014)

I agree with JustWant 75. There is so much material to learn. I am leaving chapter 10 for last (if I even get to it) and am focusing more on the other 9 chapters. I have a little over 2 chapters left. I've been studying for about 4 months now. I think knowing the concepts for the exam is key.

    FAR - 76
    AUD - 88!!! DONE!!!!!!!!
    BEC - 76
    REG - 77

    never, never, never give up

I agree with both above. Save a day at the end to just go over it lightly. I'd go over the ARO's, troubled debt restructuring and contingencies … but still, not a must. I spent about 1 hour on the chapter on both of my 74's, and KNOW if I spent 10 hours on the chapter, I still would have gotten my twin 74's. Here's another thread that discusses it:

    It's finally freaking over.

contingencies, partnerships and the last chapter, I think it was about financial instruments and hedging. u might find some questions from these chapters. the margin for error is so less, its a mistake to leave anything.

Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts…Actually I was wondering the same that I might go through it once (If time permits) otherwise would love to focus on pensions and Leases (Weak areas for me).

But really appreciate your quick responses …

    Thanks a bunch

I definitely had questions from F10 on my FAR exam. No idea if I got them right or wrong. I had treated F10 same as the other chapters.
