Does Becker offer replacement Product updates for 2011

My PUP for AUD 2011 was shipped to my sis in the States who was going to bring it to me when she came over for christmas. Crappy thing is she lost her luggage and my audit PUP 2011 along with it..my question is, do Becker send replacement PUPs? anyone else know the answer to this? I dont want to have to deal with becker hotline.
