Did Becker disable academic support? (trying to report MCQ)

I’m currently studying for a May REG exam using the v1.2 book and the v3.0 new lecture.

The new lecture and its accompanying ebook states that the penalty for failing to comply w/ due diligence requirements for the Earned Income Credit is $510. My old textbook says $500 so I had to take note of that update.

When I got to the MCQ, the penalty in the answers was $500. I tried reporting it to Becker; however, it’s blocking me by making me log in before submitting (I’m already logged in when I go to both the exam page and the home page) and stating that my email/password are incorrect (when they’re not).

    Two questions from this:

    1) Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m wondering if they’re blocking out support just because of all the feedback from the new 2017 review course.

    2) Is REG that meticulous to even have a question that asks about penalties and have the choices as (a) 500 (b) 510?
