I’ve been doing pretty good at Becker’s MCQs scoring around 90 every time and feeling quite confident. But then I decided to get Wiley Test Bank and see how I’d do there. And my scores never go above 70. Are Becker’s Qs easier or Wiley Qs just stupid? I’m confused. And I don’t feel all that good going to the exam nex week anymore.

Did anyone have experience with this?

I think its just because we're used to the Becker questions — when you're working Simulated Exams and quizzes for Becker, you have to remember that they're questions you've already seen. I find I usually lose around 10% when I switch to doing Wiley questions. (from the textbook, not the test bank) But the good thing is, I learn some new stuff and have some stuff clarified as well (the Wiley text I feel goes into greater detail than Becker). I wish I could tell you it doesn't mean anything actual exam-wise, but I haven't gotten any scores back yet!

In conclusion, don't flip out. If you're getting 90s on Becker, you are pretty solid.

I'm taking FAR. It's gonna be my first.

Getting used to Becker's questions was exactly the reason why I got Wiley. Wanted to get a feel of something different cuz the actual exam is gonna be a lot different from Becker's Passmaster I guess. And I don't like how I handle it at all. The worst thing is that I don't even know what my problem is. I feel like I know the material pretty good and what do I do? Go back and restudy the whole book? This just sucks…

I took FAR this window, and I literally flip out like clockwork around lunch time about whether or not I passed — it's just a stressful time. The boyfriends will just have to deal 😉

I feel like the Becker final exams give you a pretty good idea of what the exam is like in terms of time management, user interface, etc. Have you taken one yet? How did you do? If you're getting 90s in FAR on the final exams, I have a feeling you'll be just fine.

No I didn't do Final exam yet only millions of quizes and progress tests. I just don't seem to have time to sit down and spend four hours on a full exam. But I guess I'd beter do it. And I have a feeling it's not gonna be 90s 🙂

I am a CPA candidate and tend to choose from Becker and Wiley.

Actually I can not choose,

So, I wanna begin the Review Course Immediately.

Can anyone kindly provide a piece of advice ??? Becker or Wiley .

or by another way : what's the strengths and weaknesses in both of them
