    Hello everyone!

I’m pretty sure someone has asked this before but I couldn’t find anything in the search so I’ll just ask it again. What materials have you bought besides the Becker’s Exam Review. I was planning to buy the Becker’s review but when I got to the checkout it had extra materials such as the flashcards, final review, and extra MCQ’s.

I thought everything was included with the $3,400+ price tag but I was wrong. What would you recommend me purchase online with the review. I’m a person that studies well by myself and getting hands on with the material is how I learn. I plan to study for 8 hours a day and take FAR mid February. I appreciate any comments or suggestions.

    Thank you!

I bought the flashcards and the final review. I feel the flashcards are a bit of a waste, but I really enjoy the final review. I didn't buy the extra questions. I'd recommend the Final Review if your going Becker, but thats just me.

If I could do it again I would look at other options more extensively. It feels like I drank the Becker Kool-Aid and then spent too much money.

Thanks DoOver! I was thinking of adding the Ninja MCQ instead of the Becker's extra MCQ.

I have Becker and used the Becker exam review only, didn't use flashcards, extra MCQ or final review material and i passed FAR and BEC on the first try, so in my opinion Becker exam review alone would be enough to pass.

    FAR- 80
    BEC- 81
    REG- 85
    AUD- 77

    Done!!!!

    (Becker)

I bought the flashcards which I don't really use and regret.

For FAR, I also supplemented my Becker material with Ninja MCQ. There is some overlap but I needed a new test bank because I could pick out the answer t Becker's MCQ after reading the first couple of words of a question since I had practiced them so many times. For BEC, I'll be doing the same.

For Audit, I only used Becker since I felt pretty comfortable with the topics.

I too bought the flashcards. I figured what was another $200 when spending $3,500 already lol. They were pointless in my opinion and I looked at them once then tossed them in a drawer. They didn't do anything for me. I think the becker review course alone is plenty sufficient to pass, but if you felt like you needed to add something else I would just add the Ninja questions. I never purchased these, but I planned to if I had failed FAR to give me some new questions. Really the best thing you can do for this exam is do thousands of MCQ and really make sure you understand them.

    BEC - 76 7/22/14
    AUD - 84 8/30/14
    REG - 75 10/16/14
    FAR - 87 11/24/14

I bought the flashcards and final review in addition to the standard Becker review. I highly advise against the flashcards (something I read a million times from other people but ignored). The Becker final review is a must. That combined with the Becker review has been enough for me to pass my first three. I agree that if you got extra MCQs get the Ninja ones. The thing is this, some people like Becker, others don't. I can't stand Becker most of the time but I've passed three parts the first time so I've stopped questioning the things I don't like about it.

I didn't buy the flashcards or final review. A few of my coworkers tried the flashcards and said they were a waste of money. No one I know has tried the final review for any sections.

I bought the flashcards for each section. They were good for a quick review on my final review before taking the exam. I didn't memorize any of the material on the cards but i used as a quick review of important topics before going over the chapter a second time.

I used Final review for FAR only. I highly recommend it. I always became stressed right before my exam and would get distracted. The Final review will keep you on track in the days leading up to your exam.

    AUD - 89 07/02/14 (Becker practice exam: 74, 83)
    REG - 92 08/18/14 (Becker practice exam: 75, 84)
    BEC - 83 10/03/14 (Becker practice exam: 83, 70)
    FAR - 91 11/24/14 (Becker practice exams: 64, 77)
*also utilized Becker Final Review after seeing practice scores for FAR*

Ninja MCQ — there is not a better deal for the price and the explanations on the answers are better than my primary study material. I can honestly say it has put me over the 75 hill on the past 2 sections.

I bought the regular Becker and the flashcards and that was plenty for me. Unlike most of the other responses here, I loved the flashcards and would definitely recommend them. I used them alot…easy to take along everywhere and I was the dork that would whip them out whenever I had anywhere to wait. I always had a least least one chapter of Becker flashcards with me. I would go to basketball games and every time out, there I would be going through some flashcards. I didn't buy the final review/extra questions…I figured I would buy those if I had to do a retake.

    FAR - 93 (YAY!!!!)
    REG - 93 (Double YAY!)
    BEC - 87 (Whew!)
    AUD - 96 (DONE!!!!!)
