Becker Question – I have a wife, two kids, full time job and tried to pace myself with one section per week. My goodness that felt slow. Talk about no urgency.

I’m gonna go with the recommended 25-30 hours of studying two sections per week and suck it up until my April 30th FAR test date. I just thought I’d vent. Thanks.

Becker only has like 6-8 sections right? 2 sections a week would be only 3-4 weeks of prep. That seems really accelerated and stressful to me. I personally prefer the no urgency low stress route. To each their own.

Same here…wife, two kids, full time job.

FAR in Becker has 10 sections. Maybe it's been too long since school, but I was finding 1 section a week to be a bit fast. But at the time, the toddler wasn't sleeping, and I was constantly exhausted. I was also trying to watch all of the videos.

Becker's calendar recommends 25-30 hours a week two sections a week with a two week final review. That's 7 weeks.

There's 10 sections. If did one section a week. That's 12 weeks. Like I really trust my memory for that long.

    30 x 7 = 210 hours. seems about right.
some sections will probably be easier than others.

That's because F1 in Becker is a cakewalk:) LOL F3-F6 are a b&*tch-you might find needing to slow down when you get to F3 and F4…But if not, more power to you!
