Anybody have this issue? The 2012 software won’t download the update available through the software. As far as I know for 2012 and forward the updates are only available through the software. Even though I like Becker, it’s unbelievable how quickly you get connected to a sales team compared to a support them when you need it. I have Windows 7 btw. Already installed updates and restarted. Thanks.

I had the same issue trying to update through the software. The update is available for download directly from the Becker site. Try downloading from the Becker site. It worked for me.

Thanks, they still didn't get back to me. You had this issue with the 2012 software? When I go to the site it says that the software updates are only available through the software itself and not from the website. Can you send the link please? Maybe I'm missing something.
