So I tried installing the updates but I get a note saying the updater was unable to determine where the software is installed.

They give me an option to browse for it and when I choose the Becker application, it says “this folder does not contain the expected files.”

I don’t know what’s going on? I just started Audit and it’s not letting me even open the HW problems that require the update.

I had this problem, as well. Contacted Becker, and they told me to completely remove the software from my laptop and re-download it off the Internet. Worked perfectly for me! Just make sure your online progress is synced to the software and up to date before you do it, so that you don't lose your progress.

Would that count as one of the 3 downloads I have, even though I'm downloading it to the same computer?
