I logged into my Becker account last night and noticed nearly half of my progress from the lectures, skill practices, and mcqs had been reset. I’ve completed hundreds of progress tests over the last few weeks and those too were all deleted. I was using the progress test as a heavy review resource for my exam this week and now most of them are gone. I did not reset any of the material within my account so not sure how this happened. I do recall downloading some chapters to my phone yesterday on the app but still don’t think that should have an effect on my progress status.

Anyone have any advice on what the heck happened? Is there a way I can retrieve a previous version as I think I was on version 1 and it looks like some contents have updated to version 2.

They upgraded the versions. I lost FAR 3.0 from Q4 2017, so now it looks like I never took FAR at all. If you were using a version that said it would expire on 3-31-18, that's what you lost. Which section are you taking?
