Becker – R3, A4, B2 – What do they all have in common?

    Becker Question –

They all suck!!!!! If it weren’t for these sections the CPA pass rate would be closer to 75% instead of 50%. I’m reviewing B2 right now for my exam on Monday and it still looks like a foreign language. The problems are way to long and its all I can do to sit still and read them. Can’t wait until Monday at 5:31 PM where I hopefully never have to do variances every again.

B2 is very overwhelming! I just got to B3 and it is much better.

After finishing studying for all 4 parts using Beckers, in my opinion b2 was by far the worst. My test is in a week, and i have just excepted that its my weaker point and i will just have to do my best. Though heres the way i see it, some of the questions are insanely long and seem to be kitchen sink problems in which they throw everything in. Some of them even have between 3 and 5 different calculations, so it just not possible that they can ask these types of questions. Even if they did they might ask 1 or 2, so i think Beckers just wants you to be over prepared. BEC has the highest passing rate, so theirs no way that this test can have questions that insane. Agree, disagree?

    FAR-76 First attempt.
    AUD-79 First attempt.
    REG-79 First attempt.
    BEC-79 First attempt.

    Done!

I'm going to agree because I hope your right. I'm taking my exam on Monday as well and I simply leave it to chance on the progress tests to see what questions I get from B2. I've been doing pretty solid on those, avg around 90%. I did crap out on final exam 2 but I will do that one again today.

    FAR- 1-18-2016- 82
    BEC- 2-22-2016- 81
    REG- 4-11-2016- 84

Does FAR have any comparable chapters to the ones referenced in this post? From my experience there has been one chapter in every section that brings out the stress monkey in me.

That would be F2. Just like R3 and A4 (haven't seen BEC), it's hard because it lacks examples.

    FAR 57 (11/2014), 64 (1/2015), 79 (7/2015)
    AUD 68 (2/2015), 79 (11/2015)
    REG 79 (1/2016)
    BEC 81 (4/2016)
