Becker Progress Tests

    I’m reviewing for audit now.

    I have a friend that uses Wiley and they have an awesome test bank feature. But most importantly as they’re doing those questions from the entire section, they get immediate feedback.

    Is there no way to do that in Becker?

    I only do 20 questions per test because it’s frustrating to then go back and figure out what I did wrong instead of learning on the spot.

    Probably my number one complaint on Becker…unless there’s a fix.

    You can do that on Becker with each particular module.
    The progress tests are more for practice for the actual exam while also reviewing. But of course if you want a test bank with immediate feedback for all/more than 1 module at a time, you cannot do that on Becker. The Final review lets you do that with their questions however.

    I did 20 questions and initially had the same thoughts as you! I turned the negative into a positive and thought of it as good exam prep. 20 minutes/20 questions every time.

    That is definitely a drawback of Becker…Do you use Ninja? There is immediate feedback there-I love it for review phase!

    Progress Tests are an added piece of Becker. There are lectures and then multiple choice that provide immediate feedback as well as progress test starting w chapter 2 where it allows you to do questions from Chapter 1 and 2 as a supplemental review.

    Click print on the left of the screen and it'll show you the correct answer with the explanation.

    @DTXCPA thanks for this! I didn't know it had this feature. Still feel like they could've cleaned that up better.

    I did use NINJA very briefly…maybe for FAR? It's been a while. Just to get a feel for it, but I had only purchased the MCQs and SIMs. With only two weeks left, I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get through it.

    But! I am debating whether to get NINJA or Wiley. Wiley is technically cheaper right now, and if I fail AUD, it's a year's access as opposed to 3 months so it'll be available to me when I can retake.

    Thoughts??

    I absolutely hate this feature on Becker. However, it is more similar to the Exam environment. I don't like it though. I do at max 30 MCQ's.
