    Hi There,

I have gone through the FAR materials pretty quickly, due to time limitations, and have just taken one of the Becker Practice Tests. I know the Becker is not based off the same formula and response system as the actual CPA, but I was just wondering if a certain score on Becker practice would be a good sign of being able to pass the exam.

Anyone have any experience where they can say…. I scored X on Becker… and I scored Y on the real exam??

I am taking the exam this weekend, and any thoughts would be great!!

    Real nervous about this exam

Most people will say the Becker exam is harder than the real deal. My experience however was backwards I was scoring in the 90s on the Becker Exams and Scored in the 80s on the real exam. Its a crap shoot really. Just depends on what gets tested.

I remember freaking out on this so I came back to comment on one of these threads for people to see. I scored 66% on BOTH of my FAR final exams on Becker. Got my score last night, 84. Do not use the percent final exams to gauge your progress, just use them as a learning tool.

    FAR: 84
    AUD: 95
    REG: 78
    BEC: 88
    ETHICS: 100

I had the exact same experience as mnCPAwannabe. 66% on BOTH becker final exams. 87 on real FAR test.

One thing I noted was the actual FAR exam stressed journal entries a lot more than Becker did. Just my experience.
