What is your strategy for Becker Optional Questions? Do you always finish every single questions?

I did some of the optional questions for FAR and REG just to make sure I have seen enough problems. The optional problems seem harder than the regular homework. I didn’t do any for BEC.

I am taking Audit in two weeks and still 2 lectures away. I am wonder if it is a good idea to just skip the optional questions since I am running out time? Or should I try to do as much as I can? I also know some people save the optional questions for final review. What are your thoughts?

    REG - 77, 10/18/2014
    BEC- 84, 2/26/2015
    FAR - 78, 7/16/2015
    AUD - 86, 8/27/2015 (Yes!!! I am officially done )

For audit, I did the optional questions for every section when I worked on the section. For FAR, I am going to use them as a final review.

    AUD 74, 82 (11/29/15)
    FAR 68, 79 (11/9/15)
    REG 75 (6/21/16)
    BEC 75 (1/18/16)

FAR I did a few. More with NINJA MCQs and tried to pull them into my final review.

AUD I did all the optional questions.

REG I'm making sure to do the optional as they make you think through situations. I need as many questions as I can get. I'm treating them as part of the required!

    FAR - 78
    AUD - 82
    REG - 79
    BEC - 78

I do all the optional questions. Why wouldn't you? Some sections it's an extra 100 MCQs, others it can be like 20 but it still helps with the material. I know for FAR, the optional Gov't MCQs helped reinforce things I was having issues on.

    Journey Started - January 2015
    FAR - 4/2015 - Passed
    AUD - 7/2015 - Passed
    BEC - 8/2015 - Passed
    REG - 11/12/2015 - Passed

I think it's dumb they even call them “optional questions.” They should just call them “you're not done yet you need to do these questions too.” Do them.

    FAR - 70, 81
    AUD - 83
    BEC - 77
    REG - 70, 78

Now what the hell do I do?

I do all the optional questions! it is a good way to refresh the material all at once for each chapter! plus it does not hurt getting more practice. good luck!

I don't do them as I go through the chapters. I just wait and see them when I'm doing the full progress test of all the chapters.

    FAR - 83
    BEC - 81
    AUD - 74,93
    REG - 75
