Has anyone experienced problems with Becker’s online portal not recording work done in Final Review exams or Simulations? When I was studying for REG I was taking a Final Review exam and in the third testlet it just logged out when I tried to move to the next question. It didn’t record any of my answers so I had to go through and review the solution and try to remember what I put. Plus, it was entirely ineffective for timing purposes since I had to quit and basically restart. I’m doing simulations for FAR now, and the same thing has happened twice today – I move to the next simulation and it acts like I’m logged out and have to log in again, and doesn’t record my answers. These aren’t computer issues as the other applications remained open and functioning. At least with the HW it seems like if your computer messes up or you deliberately log out without finishing, it records your progress. I only use the online portal because, at least for MACs, it seems to function better (relatively) than downloading the desktop version, which malfunctions constantly, and doesn’t record your HW or progress consistently. This is BEYOND frustrating two days from the exam. Last time I emailed them, and got some canned response to download the desktop version (which I already had, but wasn’t using because it was worse).
