Hey guys,

So a month ago I was able to submit my appointment emails for 2 sections and Becker gave me a free 1 time 3 month extension for both.

Today my friend tried to do the same and was told it is $199 for a 3 month extension per section. Checked the website and that is what it lists now…

Just a heads up for everyone.

License Extension:

Current Becker students that require additional course access in order to prepare for an upcoming exam may purchase a three month license extension for $199. The three month extension will be added to the license expiration date for a total of 21 months of access.

One license extension available per CPA Exam Review Course order.

License extension are nontransferable and must be purchased before course access expires.

Should a student also have access to mobile Flashcards, Final Review and/or Supplemental MCQs, the purchase of a course license extension will also extend the expiration date of Extra Help products.

Refund Policy – A full refund (less any applicable savings and fees) will be issued within 10 days of initial purchase. After expiration of original 18-month course license, no refund will be issued.

That's strange… I just got an extension on 4/13. They must have just changed it.

I need 3 month free extension. I'll try and see. What do I need to provide to Becker to apply for the extension? Is this the new rule for everyone?

yeah, i experienced the same thing a couple days ago. Called to try to get it extended 3 months, they said $199. kinda crappy, but still not a bad price.

AUD: 02/24/2015: 84!
BEC: 05/22/2015: 77!
REG: 08/28/2015: 85!

Ya I literally got it for 2 sections on 4/17 in the last 2 weeks they changed it.

I Called today to confirm and was told the same. It's now $199 for the 3 month extension. These guys are such money grubbing jerks. It makes me so mad.

you HAVE to contact them before your current becker expires and then pay $199 for a 3 month extension of the license.

I hate becker. I have more more section to take. don't want to study at all this May. and my becker expires in June.

Well….The $199 is better than the 50% off of the $1500 or whatever it used to be. but then at least you had it for a whole another 18 months.

It's still a total dick move on their part though.
