Are there any significant differences between the two Becker mock exams? I know it says #1 is comprehensive and #2 is representative of the CPA, but what does that really mean? And when did y’all start taking them during your studying? At the beginning of your review or once you knew you had “mastered” all the modules?

Personally, I didn't think the mock exams were super representative of the actual exam – but it really depends on what real CPA exam you get and what your strengths rae. I mostly did the mock exams to practice staying focused for 4 hours, and to get new sets of MC q's to try. The SIMS in general I tend to skip through and review after, because I felt like they weren't very similar to the exams. Instead, I used the AICPA practice CPA exam for SIMS practice. I personally started taking mock exams after learning the material and before review. I would take one mock exam, go through every question to see what I got wrong, and then go back to the Becker modules I was weakest and drill MC's and progress tests as well as review notes. Then, I would take another exam and do the same, etc. leading up to the day of the exam.
