So my Becker materials were supposedly delivered today according to UPS, but they are indeed, not here. I feel like I’m screwed. Has anyone ever ran into this issue before? Would Becker send them again to me if I tell them what happened? Won’t they know if the discs were ever registered or “activated” by me?

I think the problem would be with UPS. Contact them and let them know they show as delivered but you didn't receive them. Don't you have to sign for them?

Did you contact UPS? If it says on the UPS website it was delivered and you haven't called them I would give them a call. Their website might be wrong. If they still tell you it was delivered I would contact Becker and tell them you never received them. If the materials access the Internet I'm sure they can tell if they have been used yet.

When UPS delivered my materials last week they left them without a signature. All that's in the package is the books as Becker has switched to an online format for the materials (no CDs at all). You log into the course here:

Pretty dumb not requiring a signature for the materials, but I guess they figure the cost to pay for that would be more that that to replace damaged/stolen books.
