I take FAR on 8/31 and just found out my license expired today. I am also planning to take REG & BEC again next testing window. Has anyone had this happen and Becker granted them a few extra months? & who did you contact? Thanks!

They will give you extra months no problem, you just have to pay them for it.

Go with CPA excel over a Becker renewal, it will be cheaper and does not expire.

had a friend who this happened to. he had somewhat of an extenuating circumstance in that they cancelled one of his review classes and therefore rescheduling was needed. He argued because of this they should make a concession. They did ultimately agree to give him some extra time. He also had the death of one of his parents too which he said also caused a delay. So, they will grant more time, although at first I think they denied him and he complained to someone else who ultimately granted him additional access.

You do NOT have to pay. I extended Becker twice. Once for only a few days. Then I failed that exam and called. They extended it again for another two months or so. All you have to do is call them. They'll send you and email asking you to forward your exam date confirmation (so they have prove as to when you are retaking it). Then they'll extend it to that date. Just call. NO extra charges.

You can get a one time 90 day extension of u send them a copy of your NTS. However, I think you have to do it before your Becker expires. Just give them a call and see what they say.
