Has anyone else experienced a Becker glitch where their completion percentage of lectures and homeworks were reset? I know I didn’t click the “reset statistics” button because it only reset for R1-R5 (they all display 0% completion, except my R4 which shows that I watched 14% of my lecture), while R6-R8 appear to be untouched. The only event I’m guessing could have screwed with it was that I downloaded the mobile app.

When I use the lecture and MCQ that I downloaded to my personal computer, it doesn't sync my progress to the online version, unless you have an internet connection. I had to log back on to my computer version with an internet connection for everything to sync.

I don't have internet or TV when at home, so I can study without distraction.

Had you done most of that progress say before this month? I think it may have been early July or just before the end of June when they released Versions 1.2 for some of the chapters (with updated #'s, phase-out amounts, etc — because the exam changed slightly starting in july). So you may have unknowingly switched it to the new version which does erase previous progress.

Check to see what version you're clicking on. Some of them have v1.2 which showed up in May. Otherwise, I'm not having that issue, I just lost about 5-8% progress on some of the sections because more MCQs were added.

Ive experienced the same thing. Sometimes when I click out of the simulations it freezes and erases all my work. I have the updated software on my Mac too! Becker Service department was no help.
