I purchased the pre-made flashcards from Becker, when I purchased my review materials. I was looking at my BEC flashcards tonight for B3 and was rather impressed! I’ve been really struggling to remember the formulas, etc but there seems to be a flashcard for each of the important formulas! Has anyone else purchased them and found them useful? Now I’m kind of excited to look through the rest of them…

The sad thing is that this is my last section, and this is the first time I’ve really even looked at any of the flash cards… Good use of money…

I love them! I used them in lieu of notes for Audit. I added my own notes and extra cards as I went through the book. I used them for BEC and FAR too, but learned how to make them more useful for Audit…I think they are great!

The Flashcards are really useful! By the time I finished going through the lectures/book in FAR I couldn't remember everything from the beginning and used the flashcards as a reminder. In AUD I used the flashcards as a review, and I used them again in REG while studying and as a review. I'm starting BEC and planning on using them again. It's another great technique for all that memorization! They're also good because you can keep them with you and look at them throughout the day at random moments…although I don't really do that much…

Glad to hear they are useful. I am a Wiley/Yaeger student, but would like to get flashcards to supplement. I have read that Becker or Kaplan flashcards are better than Wiley focus notes. I know all review programs cover the same material, but do you think it would be confusing to use flashcards from Becker or Kaplan?

I'm not sure about the structure of your course, but I think you could make any flashcards work for you…I went thru mine and had to organize them to match the flow of the chapter. Becker must have moved some things around after printing the cards…I added my own notes and additional cards…Becker's are expensive, but seem to be worth it…
