Well, I took FAR yesterday, and prayerfully I passed. If I did, I move on to taking my last exam which is a retake of REG. If not, I’ll have to immediately take FAR over in October and REG in November. Either way, my Becker software expired as of today and will need to look into another source of review material.
I’m debating on what to do next as far as review material. I made all the notations in the REG review book from when I viewed the lectures a year…I have flash cards as well. I’m thinking of just adding WTB and read the Becker book cover to cover making and making notes. This is my last chance to pass all parts of the exam before AUD expires. I’m trying to determine if there is a better benefit to viewing a series of lectures again and a whole new review program, or just reading and studying what I have and get get the test bank for the MCQ and Sims. The subject matter won’t be completely foreign to me as I did prepare for this exam in the past, although a year ago, but I’m not sure how Becker structure matches WTB and if using the two will be a challenge or simple to connect.
Has anyone taken this route after their review expired and been successful? I’m not trying to take the “cheap” way out, but I don’t want to spend more than necessary. I took REG twice, 1st time got the 70, second was my retake 2 months later that I honestly did not truly study for, hence a lower score of a 61. I studied more intensely for the other exams, so I think I had the potential of scoring higher than a 70 with the review program I had if I had put in the effort.
I just want to make a smart financial and strategic decision given that I have one shot at this.
AUD - 90 Pass
REG - 70,61,81 Pass DONE DONE DOOOOONNEEE!!!!!!!!
BEC - 79 - Pass
FAR - 70,82 - Pass
