I have been trying to find out if the Becker passmaster, simulations and everything will work with lion? I have not upgraded from snow leopard yet, because i have not been able to confirm if the software will function without any issues. Any users in here upgraded?

hey chakdey, I haven't upgraded my macbook to lion yet, but Becker's software is a flesh version, so it should run on lion without any problems. I'll do my upgrade today or tomorrow and will let you know the results.

chakdey, sorry but I didn't get a chance to… My “system programmer” have updated all machines in the house except mine as I've been using it constantly. I know how you feel, I can't wait to start using Lion lol. Every time an update or a new product comes out it reminds me of that article in WSJ https://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704025304575285000265955016.html and I just can't help myself… Lol, I hate you Apple!

chakdey I've been upgraded to Lion since the day it released and my Becker passmaster and sims/tests work just fine. Now I'm not sure if Lion is actually worth the $30 upgrade..

thanks mahimahi. and I been sitting here waiting for nothing all scared..lol I have couple different copies downloaded, but i think i might still pay the $30 just to safe. There might be 250+ new features in lion, but most of us will only care about few and those are good enough reasons to upgrade…well for me at least 🙂

okay, I upgraded..all the Becker software works fine. Thanks for the help. The upgraded isn't really a big deal, the major reason for the upgrade for me was for the “Airdrop”. App store wouldn't d/l the file so ended up using one i had downloaded from the torrent site. lol

okay back to studying for FAR now.

Hey, I'm a bit late with my post…

However, just in case there are still Mac/Becker users wondering whether it is safe to upgrade I'll be the third person to confirm that Becker does work perfectly fine on Lion 🙂
