    Hey guys,

I m reviewing BEC with Becker and I noticed there are lots and lots of ancillary materials throughout the book. I personally can focus more while watching the lecture but can easily fall asleep when i start reading the ancillary materials…I know i should not blow them off but are there any chance that i don’t need to read it word by word?

I heard Becker didn’t prepare well with BEC, any good supplement questions there besides Wiley? I got the test bank already

Hopefully people who passed 2011 BEC can share their passing experience and strategy!

    Thanks a million

    First of all: DWade>Kobe

Second, I would just read through it and rely on the MCQs to help you learn the material. Though there is a ton of ancillary material throughout BEC, the Becker MCQs sometimes really drive home the concepts. Just to those MCQs AFTER perusing through the info at least once. As Peter Olinto says, “What sticks sticks.”

    @kobe

Don't skip the ancillary material on BEC – it will be tested. As Smith suggested, though, reading thru the material and then doing the associated MCQ will help grasp these topics.

    FAR 4/1/11 - 89
    AUD 4/15/11 - 85
    REG 4/29/11 - 80
    BEC 5/13/11 - 85

I agree – never skip ancilliary material. However, don't try to master it – get what you can and let the MCQs for that section be your guide.

As Peter says “read it through once and whatever sticks, sticks”

    BEC: 79 - April 2011

    AUD: 81 - May 2012
    REG: 79 - October 2012

    I am finally DONE!

I found usually ancillary materials only have a few questions on the becker homework for each chapter…I wonder if that's enough to know already

I don't have good memories! any special technique to remember all those terms in the ancillary materials?

I feel your pain with the BEC stuff, I am in B2 and just realized there is like 30 pages that are not covered in lecture……..

Btw smith, I have to disagree with you about Dwade and kobe..

I won't even argue anything, i'll let kobe's accomplishments speak for them selves
