Becker Question –
Hey guys I realize there is a released correction for page 75 but I have a question about the example of Baker on the top/middle of pg 76 the PEG Ratio
Po = [Po/Eo/G] * E1 * G
We are trying to find the projected price. We are given Po = 50$, Eo = 5$ and G = 4%
Isn’t the price we are trying to find P1? We already know Po, and that is today’s price. Wouldn’t projected price be P1 then? Thanks any help in clarifying this!
