    Becker Question –

A lot of these computation questions are really in depth questions that require a lot of algebra in order to get the answer. Is it really like that on the Exam? This is crazy…

I took BEC recently and felt that the computation questions from Becker were a lot more difficult than the actual exam.

I think it's helpful to understand the crazy calculation problems while you're studying so you won't be too overwhelmed with anything on the actual test. Don't freak out!

    Good luck!

there will be zero surprises on the exam. Know B4 and know B1 better than any other chapter. for B5, dont worry so much, make sure you know your 1 way variences and your DM and DL variences.. the three way variences took me 15 minutes each at home.. so even if you get one of those on the exam it wont kill you if you guess it. do the becker MCQ's are you are golden. I used becker also.

    good luck to you!

B5 in my book is economic concepts – supply & demand and that sort of thing. What version are y'all using?

    @kmwgrace–Mine, too!

And I have heard that the supply and demand stuff is very much tested.

    I'm using 2011 Material *sigh*

Going through B5, I realize there's one thing I hate about Becker. The lack of coverage of ancillary material. There are so many MCQ involving the ancillary in B5, and sometimes explanations in answers are horrible. This is true about other parts of the exam also. That's what really freaks me out. I know a lot of people who were tested heavily on those parts on those “hardly tested” ancillary materials.

That's why in Beckers 2012 there are 6 chapters. they've incorporated the previously labeled ‘ancilliary' material into the regular lectures.

    REG- 2/12 - 90 | AUD- 4/12 - 94 | BEC- 5/12- 85 | FAR- 8/12 - 82
DONE!!! I used Becker Self Study & Ninja Notes/Audio

    2-Strategic planing

    3-Fin Mgmt

    4-IT

    5-ECON

    6-Project mgmt/ Process Mgmt

There are no ancillary materials in 2012. Everything is includes as regular topics.
