So I can see that the Becker audit section currently offers V3.1 and V3.2, but I am not sure which I should use? I plan to take it in early March or early April. Are the changes especially significant?

I don't think there are major changes. I started using V3.2 for A1 and actually had to go back to V3.1 to study some of the modules because the changes are not effective until July. So for A1 I'd definitely use V3.1 and use V3.2 on the rest. I'm only on A2 so take my advice with a grain of salt.
