I know this probably sounds kind of dumb, but in my final reviewing stages where I’m doing hundreds of MCQ a day, I’m getting the feeling that the Becker audit questions are too easy compared to what I’m going to see on the exam.

As much as I’d like to believe it just means I’m in good shape, the fact that I’m getting 90% on each lecture isn’t leaving me nearly as confident as I’d like to be. Did anyone who took audit and only used Becker feel like the questions on the actual exam were much harder, or was Becker alone more than enough to prepare you?

    FAR: 86
    AUD: 88
    REG: 85
    BEC: 84
    DONE!

I am planning to redo every Becker questions 3 days before the exam. Either that or every cpaexcel question. I have not spent any time on notes this time around as a way to see what works best for preparing for these things. I start from scratch tomorrow with cpaexcel because I am taking their class for credit towards the new California educational requirements.

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

I don't think it's a problem of easiness or memorization, I just think you need to focus on what the question is asking. On the real exam (took audit earlier this month) the “more difficult” test banks just get wordier and more confusing. The point of the question remains the same. So, when going through the MCQ for review, think about the call of the question, not the difficulty and you'll be golden.
