So I need help. I have the Becker 2010 software and the only part remaining is AUD so I recently received AUD 2011 from Becker, aka the CD and physical book. So I think its as easy as putting the 2011 AUD CD in my laptop hoping it will connect with my 2010 software and its not working. Hopefully I dont sound like a complete idiot but I’m a little frustrated. I didnt receive new installation instructions for the 2011 CD, what gives? What am I doing wrong? Please help.

I JUST installed my 2011 AUD Update.. did you use the correct Serial number? Do you have time remaining on your license? Try emailing Becker on Facebook, they respond fairly quick! Good Luck!

from what i read on their site, i believe you need to update the actual Course Passmaster CD. They should have either given you a new 2011 course disc or an update somehow, in order to run their 2011 AUD CD.

Thanks for your help! Turns out Becker never sent me the 2011 updated course disc. They just sent me the 2011 audit lecture which isnt compatible with the 2010 software. So I spent several (frustrating) hours last night trying to figure all this out when I didnt even have the right disc.
