Becker 5.3.1 Update download fail… anyone else having this problem?

Becker Question –

I have tried to update from 5.3.0 to 5.3.1 unsuccesfully for the past couple of days. The download fails at different times each attempt made to update. The farthest it has gone is 23 of the 39mb. The window prompt is Download Error. Unable to download the update file. Please try again later. I have disabled both windows firewall and antivirus along with starting in safe mode. Any ideas?

I was able to update the Becker software to 5.3.1 this morning using a different internet connection.
