I did not pass my first attempt at Regulation in November and am preparing for my rematch – anyone have advice on if my 2012 Becker materials will be sufficient or should I invest in 2013 materials?

I believe the test does not change until July 1st. So if you can knock it out before then you should be good. And after July the only major changes I believe might crop up is the new taxes related to Obama care and a some of the exemption amounts. And from what I understand they try not to test on the amounts that change a bunch due to regulations the just test the concept… like yes you get a standard deduction to arrive at AGI but they are not going to ask you what the actual amount is. And if it is required for a question they will usually give you the amount.

FAR changed quite a bit in the later parts of Becker. I would assume something is different. And I think they knew about the trend towards concept vs computational question.

I heard that only Audit would change after the April/May testing window. You can use the 2012 material for the other 3 parts, in my opinion.
