I have the Becker 2012 book (for when I took REG Q4 2012 and Q1 2013) — I’m prepping to tackle REG for a third time. Will this be a problem? I have the 2013 Wiley Test Bank as well and the 2013 updated NINJA notes.

I was just looking at the Child and Dependent Care Credit and I was taking notes on the amounts and I got worried if all my numbers are going to be off and that I shouldn’t memorize them. Advice? I’ve gotten so close twice before and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot with this!

You should be fine if you are supplementing with the Ninja notes and Wiley. Becker says they are not supposed to test on the exact deduction amount so they can reuse the questions for several years. Several of my questions were from the 90s so I believe it.

Thanks! It's been so long since I took REG that I'm completely blanking on what the test was like! I was thinking they couldn't really expect you to memorize all the yearly amounts.
