Does anyone have any experience with Becker 2012 and BEC? I am starting to freak out because I’m reading a lot of posts about Becker being terrible with BEC and people seeing “many” questions on the exam that were never covered in Becker for BEC. However, I did notice that many of the posts are from over a year ago and I know that Becker has added material to its 2012 version. I personally thought that Becker was great for REG and AUD (I passed both thanks to it). Can anyone out there relieve my recent paranoia that Becker 2012 won’t be enough for me to pass my BEC exam scheduled on July 10th? Thank you!!

    AUD – 77

    REG – 78

    BEC – July, 2012

    FAR – November, 2012

I'm not exactly positive since I'm in the same boat, but I still have time so I decided to bulk up with the Wiley online test bank and there are certainly questions I didn't see in Becker. Guess it couldn't hurt. That being said, I know a lot of people have passed with Becker alone.

    FAR 4/9/12- PASSED
    BEC 7/13/12- PASSED
    AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!
    REG-12/6/12 PASSED

    USC MAcc- Fight on!

They say good things come to those who wait, but only those things that are left by those who hustle.

I used Becker 2012 and passed BEC. If you are using 2011ed, just note, all the ancillary material in 2011ed is part of regular study material in 2012. There is NO ancillary material in 2012. For me Becker is the best. dont waste time on Wiley.

I am planing to take REG in July.

Thanks for the support guys, I appreciate all the input. I'm feeling pretty comfortable with the material and am getting 80's on the optional homework problems without even looking at the book… I just hope I don't get nailed on IT!
