Are some of the computational problems on the actual exam as long and as difficult as they are in Becker. Some of the Becker problems require 4-5 steps and take a couple of minutes to do, let alone figure out what exactly to do

Absolutely not. The actual CPA questions are not as long and really straight forward.

Becker does that for a reason. They are training you to prepare for the CPA exam so you will know what to do when you get a straightforward question. Practice the questions and know how the computation works.

I've passed all 4 sections using Becker self study and NINJA mcq.
