I just finished up taking the Becker final Exam 1 and scored on the 3 testiest respectively 93, 83, 67. Do you guys think this signifies that I’m ready to take the exam?

If you get 3 testlets like your first two, then yeah you're probably golden (if you do well on the SIMs). If you get 3 testlets like your 3rd one, then no. So, my advice to you would be to figure out why the 3rd one is so much lower and work to correct whatever caused it. Did you have trouble focusing that long? If so, then practice longer MCQ sessions. Did it heavily test a topic you're not very familiar with? If so, study it more. Did you do poorly cause your significant other got home and was prattling on in your ear and distracting you? Well, then in that case, you should be fine since your SO can't come to the test with you anyway. 😛

I think it had to do with focussing that long I made a lot of stupid mistakes on testlet 3.

I would have that issue in practice exams. The more you do, the more you get used to that duration of focus. Some people can focus fine on the exam even though they struggle in the practice exams (I fall in that category), but most people that are struggling by Testlet 3 in practice are struggling by Testlet 3 in the real test, too, so I'd suggest some “mental endurance training”.
