I want to ask you, are chapter 9 and 10 in Becker important for the exam?

Nope, not at all. I recommend skipping entire chapters to give yourself the best chance to pass.

I'm pretty sure Mini is being sarcastic. I've never used Becker so I don't know what 9 and 10 are, but if Becker felt the need to put them in the book, then I'm pretty sure you need to know them.

Just remember that if Becker included anything in the text book, it is because the topic is fair game on the exam. There is a high level of randomness regarding the questions you will get so the more topics you are comfortable with, the greater your likelihood of passing 🙂

I'm guessing you mean governmental and not-for-profit? I would plan on dedicating a good portion of study time to these two.

Govt + not for profit are worth up to a quarter of the points on the FAR exam. Don't skip them. I skipped governmental the first time I took FAR. Notice I said “first time I took.” That's what happens when you skip things.

If this is FAR, DO NOT SKIP 9. I would say do not skip any of the sections, but if its an absolute must, i would skip 10 over 9. As mentioned above, 9 is the Gov/NFP and is very heavily tested
